 Brandon D'Agostino is an e-discovery solutions consultant at Clearwell Systems, providing best practices solutions to AMLAW 100 and Fortune 1000 legal professionals across all phases of the EDRM spectrum, including data collection and preparation, dataset cull-down, data processing and analytics, early case assessment, and search query execution and refinement.
Brandon holds over ten years of IT experience across small companies as well as enterprises and ranging from server management to network security and government audit response. As the former ESI Counselor for a large health insurer, he acted as the in-house e-discovery counsel where he created policies and workflow for e-discovery and information management. He performed ESI collections across multiple data sources using forensically-sound methodologies and managed the daily operational tasks related to e-discovery such as ESI preservation, litigation hold management, ESI collection, processing, analysis, and review.
Brandon received his JD from the Charleston School of Law and is a member of the South Carolina bar association. He has appeared in several e-discovery articles and frequently speaks on topics in e-discovery.
